Serger
I got the Singer ProFinish Serger from the hubby for Christmas and finally went to a class at Joann's to learn how to use the darn thing. I was kinda bummed that my teacher was totally hating on the machine. I found out that Singer makes these with plastic and they don't all work very well. Mine seemed to be working fine, and she said I was lucky. She made me feel bad that I went cheap on my first serger. At any rate, this is a starter machine and $200 is pretty darn good. I learned how to thread all 4 threads and practiced straight lines, corners and circles. I'm very anxious to try a project on it. Now it's just a matter of finding time to do so.
